Module Documentation

This module allows to manage the Safety documentation.

Process:

  • Define the types of document (AFHA, PASA, SFHA, …), and their inputs / outputs.
  • Define the deliverables (SFHA for the System ATA21, SFHA for the System ATA22, …).
  • Manage the versions for each deliverable.
  • Print the appendix for each deliverable.
Class of Data Definition
DocumentType of Safety document : Safety plan, AFHA, PASA, SFHA, PSSA, SSA, ASA, …
Document InputInformation from another Safety document or external from the Safety department necessary to produce this document

Document Output
Data generated by the document. The outputs are mapped with the Appendix of the Safety documents.
Deliverable Deliverable Version
Document applicable for a specific aircraft or a specific system.

Deliverable Version
Specific state of a deliverable.

Main Features:

  • List, View, Edit, Duplicate, Delete the Documents and their Inputs / Outputs, and the Deliverables and their Versions.
  • Connect the Outputs of one Safety document to the Inputs of a subsequent Safety Document.
  • Provide a summary of the Inputs / Outputs for each document (see picture on previous page), which can be included in your Safety Plan.
  • Manage the versions and track the changes between two versions
  • Define the Appendix for each of your Safety document and map them to the templates selected.
  • Use the Delivery Center (see picture above) to print in PDF the Appendix of your Safety reports.
