Module Fonction
This module allows to manage the Aircraft and System Functions
Process:
Aircraft and System Functions are inputs for the AFHA and the SFHA.
One the Functional Safety Analysis will be completed, two types of requirements can be allocated to the Functions :
- Functional Independence Requirements
- FDAL Requirements

| Class of Data | Definition |
| Aircraft / System Function | Intended behavior of an aircraft or system regardless of implementation. |
| Functional Independence Requirement | Requirement related to a characteristic that minimizes the likelihood of common development error by using different functions. |
| FDAL Requirement | Requirement related to the level of rigor of development assurance tasks performed to Functions. |

Main Features:
- List, View, Edit, Duplicate, Delete the Aircraft and System Functions, the FDAL Requirements and the Functional Independence Requirements.
- Determine if some functions could be excluded from the Safety Analysis, and provide a rationale
- Provide an overview of each function (see the first picture), which provides the number of associated :
- Functional Failure Mode
- Aircraft Functional Scenarios – Failure Conditions
- FDAL Requirements
- Independence Requirements
- System Contributors
- Sub-functions
- Manage the contribution of the systems to each function and provide a matrix Functions vs Systems (see picture above).
- Compare the FDAL currently required and the FDAL calculated from the Safety Analysis.
